01General price information
- All room prices listed are per person/day including breakfast or half board. Please note that there are selected periods where only bookings with half board or with breakfast are possible.
- All apartment prices listed are per perosn/day including breakfast or half board or without meals. Please note that there are selected periods where only bookings with half board or with breakfast are possible.
- The resort tax of € 4.00 will be billed separately per person and day. Overnight stays of young people who turn 15 up to the end of the calendar year do not pay the resort tax.

02Single room supplement
- * Single room surcharge in the specified periods € 8.00 per person/day.

03Short stays & discounts
- Short stay surcharge up to 3 nights: 10% of the daily price.
- 1st additional bed (couch) -10% discount.
- 2nd additional bed (couch) -15% discount.

04Down payment & payment options
- A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid on the day of booking. It will be refunded in the event of cancellation.
- Payment options: cash, bank transfer, EC card, Visa or MasterCard.

05Arrival
Arrival possible from 7.00 am to midnight.

06Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 2.00 pm (earlier check-in depends on availability).
Check-out by 10.00 am (later check-out depends on availability). -
07Cancellation conditions
General cancellation terms apply according to the Austrian Hotel Industry Contract Conditions:
- There is no cancellation fee to be paid up to 4 weeks before arrival and the deposit will be refunded.
- Between 4 weeks and 1 week, 70 % of the total price must be paid.
- 90 % of the total price must be paid in the last week.
- A deposit of 30 % of the total price must be paid on the day of booking. This will be refunded if cancelled in time.

08Our special tip: travel insurance
We know from experience that despite all the thrill of anticipation for the booked holiday, something unforeseen can always happen at short notice. To avoid costs and annoyance, we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: we recommend Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium Insurance (incl. accident benefits) as a precaution for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), which you can take out right here.

Please use the outdoor area or the balconies for smoking.
